The posting

Bij Adfil produceren we micro- en macro synthetische vezels die wereldwijd gebruikt worden in betonnen vloeren en constructies, magazijnen, datacenters, tunnels en publieke gebouwen.

Dat vraagt een goed draaiende organisatie en mensen die weten waar ze mee bezig zijn. Als Shiftleader zorg je voor een goed samenwerkend en opgeleid team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor coördinatie van het productieproces om, samen met je team, op een veilige en efficiënte manier tot productie van een kwalitatief product te komen.

We zoeken collega’s met een technische opleiding, inzicht in industriële productie (bij voorkeur extrusie, kunststofverwerking & verpakkingsmachines) en ervaring met begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers binnen een productie omgeving.

  • Je organiseert Safety briefings en spreekt collega’s aan op naleven van veiligheidsafspraken
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over de kwaliteit van het geproduceerde eindproduct
  • Je zorgt actief voor opleiding en kwaliteitsbewustzijn van jouw teamleden
  • Je staat in voor dagelijkse opvolging en organisatie van de personeelsplanning (ploeg overschrijdend indien nodig)
  • Je bepaalt prioriteiten en delegeert taken en verantwoordelijkheden waar nodig
  • Een goed onthaal, coaching en opvolging van nieuwe medewerkers zijn evident voor jou
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en voert enthousiast allerlei personeelsgesprekken
  • Bij het opvolgen van de productieplanning stuur je bij om productiedoelstellingen te behalen
  • Je neemt initiatief en benadert werkzaamheden proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je assisteert bij het oplossen van technische storingen samen met technische dienst
  • Je werkt vlot samen met de Productie Manager en staat open voor feedback

Onze productie is sterk geautomatiseerd, maar het werk blijft technisch en afwisselend. Als shiftleader heb je een voorbeeldfunctie in opvolging en naleving van veiligheidsafspraken, zorg je voor aansturing en begeleiding van een goed samenwerkend team technische operatoren, beheer je de vooruitgang van het productieproces tijdens jouw shift en hecht je belang aan een correcte ploegoverdracht naar je collega-shiftleaders.
