Wir suchen zuverlässige Betreuungskräfte (m/w/d), die den Alltag unserer Klienten aktiv gestalten und klare Abläufe schätzen. Sie arbeiten gerne eigenständig und strukturiert? Dann freuen wir uns auf Sie!

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Durchführung und Planung von tagesstrukturierenden Angeboten und Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege im Rahmen Ihrer Qualifikation
  • Förderung der Mobilität und Selbstständigkeit
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen

  • Gehalt: Vollzeit: 3.000 –3.654 € brutto/Monat
  • Arbeitszeiten: Tag- und Nachtdienste
  • Einarbeitung: Strukturierte Einführung in alle Aufgaben
  • Planungssicherheit: Frühzeitige und verlässliche Dienstpläne
