Job Description

We are looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Partner to support ADI Global Distribution’s business across EMEA and APAC, recruiting mainly for technical and commercial roles. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be directly responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for these positions, from intake through offer to onboarding.

This is a maternity cover contract.

JOB DUTIES

  • Drive the recruitment process end to end for technical and commercial roles across EMEA and APAC, from initial intake through offer to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers worldwide to define role requirements, hiring plans, and realistic timelines
  • Source candidates through direct outreach on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other local platforms
  • Proactively drive each search, keeping hiring managers engaged and the process on track
  • Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability by country
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through timely and transparent communication
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and outcomes in the ATS and other trackers

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong sourcing skills, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and drive recruitment processes forward
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS and accurate, organized recordkeeping
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Experience managing onboarding, including pre-employment checks (medical, background, drug screening where applicable)
  • Experience in hiring IT and technical roles
  • Experience sourcing through job boards and platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud ATS
  • A performance-driven, accountable mindset, with high standards and a constant drive for results
  • Knowledge of additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or German
