Innerhalb der Bewirtschaftung erbringen wir in spezialisierten Teams anspruchsvolle Verwaltungsleistungen für unterschiedlichste Liegenschaften. Den ständig steigenden Anforderungen begegnen wir dabei unter anderem mit modernster Software.

Für die Realisierung unserer ambitionierten Vorstellungen suchen wir am Standort in Aarau nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit als

Assistent/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung (100%)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Mitwirkung bei der Bewirtschaftung eines Liegenschaftsportefeuilles

* Führung des Back\-Office von A bis Z

* Organisation von Terminen

* Kontakt mit Mietern, Eigentümern, Hauswarten und Handwerkern

Ihr Profil:

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ

* Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung wünschenswert

* unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse

* ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

* gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
