Innerhalb des Portfoliomanagements erbringen wir umfassende Dienstleistungen für Schweizer und Internationale Immobilienanlagen im Sinne einer direkten Eigentümervertretung der Mandanten. Die vielseitigen Aufgaben werden durch ein hochspezialisiertes Team für unsere institutionellen Kunden erbracht.

Im Rahmen der Nachfolgeplanung unserer zentralen Koordinationsstelle in Basel suchen wir per 01\. März 2027 oder früher eine Persönlichkeit als Fachassistent/in Immobilien Portfolio Management (60 \- 100%).

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Back\-Office und Administration: Sitzungen organisieren, Termine vorbereiten und Protokolle führen

* fachliche Koordination: Aufgaben in den Bereichen Steuern, Versicherungen und Revision steuern und abstimmen

* Dokumentenmanagement: Berichte und Geschäftsunterlagen aufbereiten sowie Kontakte, Fristen und Garantien pflegen

* Finanzwesen: im Controlling mitwirken, Zahlungsverkehr durchführen und Projektrechnungen bearbeiten

Ihr Profil:

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung

* fundierte Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Immobilienbranche

* selbständige, engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die mit Stresssituationen gut umgeht

* Unternehmerisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Handeln

* hohes Mass an Empathie und Anpassungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten

* Kommunikationsstärke und gute Französischkenntnisse
