Als Constructiemedewerker Burnerline bij A. de Jong | Energy Solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse productie- en ondersteunende taken binnen het productieproces van industriële brander systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden vervaardigd en op tijd bij onze klanten worden geleverd. Wil jij werken aan innovatieve energieoplossingen en bijdragen aan de productie van industriële brander systemen? Heb jij technisch inzicht en werk je graag met je handen? Dan is deze functie als Constructiemedewerker Burnerline iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het samenstellen en fitten van diverse branders volgens technische tekeningen
  • Het produceren van skid-frames en andere ondersteuningsconstructies volgens technische tekeningen
  • Werken met RVS, koolstofstaal en andere hoogwaardige materialen
  • Het assembleren van complete brander systemen volgens strenge normen
  • Het controleren en afstellen van mechanische onderdelen binnen een branderskast
  • Samenwerken met lassers, engineers en monteurs om projecten succesvol af te ronden
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen in de productieprocessen

Wat breng je mee?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als constructiemedewerker in de machinebouw, scheepsbouw of procesindustrie
  • Ervaring met TIG-lassen en MIG/MAG-lassen, ook zonder certificaten.
  • Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en isometrieën
  • Zelfstandigheid, precisie en oog voor detail
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling
  • Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met mechanische werkzaamheden
  • Basiskennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften
