Med ansvar for frivillige, program og scenografi

Vil du være med til at udvikle og gennemføre Danmarks største folkemøde om natur?

Vi søger en erfaren eventkoordinator, der kan tage ansvar for nogle af Naturmødets vigtigste arbejdsområder: koordinering af frivillige, udvikling og afvikling af program samt koordinering af scenografi og fysiske rammer. Opgaverne løses i tæt samarbejde med kolleger, arrangører, frivillige, samarbejdspartnere og leverandører.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Koordinering og udvikling af Naturmødets frivilligindsats.
  • Planlægning og afvikling af programaktiviteter, herunder dialog med arrangører og oplægsholdere
  • Koordinering af scenografi, logistik og fysiske rammer.
  • Samarbejde med eksterne leverandører og samarbejdspartnere.
  • Bidrag til den samlede planlægning og gennemførelse af Naturmødet.

Vi søger dig, som

  • Har solid erfaring med planlægning og gennemførelse af større folkemøder, festivaler eller andre komplekse events.
  • Har erfaring med koordinering af frivillige.
  • Har erfaring med programlægning, sceneaktiviteter eller publikumsrettede arrangementer.
  • Er stærk til projektledelse og koordinering af mange samtidige processer.
  • Trives i samarbejdet med mange forskellige interessenter.
  • Arbejder struktureret og bevarer overblikket, også når tempoet er højt.
  • Kommunikerer sikkert og professionelt, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
  • Tager ansvar, skaber fremdrift og får opgaver ført i mål.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du kommer med erfaring fra større, komplekse events, hvor planlægning, logistik, samarbejde og afvikling har været centrale elementer i dit arbejde.

Om os Naturmødet er Danmarks nationale folkemøde om natur og samler hvert år borgere, organisationer, forskere, virksomheder og politikere i Hirtshals.

Du bliver en del af Team Kultur og Event i Hjørring Kommune, hvor vi arbejder med udvikling af kultur- og eventområdet. Vi tilbyder en arbejdsplads med høj faglighed, stort ansvar og gode muligheder for at præge udviklingen af et nationalt arrangement.

Praktiske oplysninger

  • Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår fastsættes efter gældende overenskomst.
  • Opstart den 1. december 2026, eller før hvis muligt.
  • Der er tale om en projektansættelse på 37 timer/uge frem til den 30. juni 2028. Stillingen indebærer perioder med aften- og weekendarbejde, særligt i forbindelse med afviklingen af Naturmødet.
