Introduction

Nous sommes Ado Esthétique SA et recherchons une infirmière, assistante médicale pour contribuer à la prise en charge professionnelle et attentive de nos patientes et patients.

Responsabilités

Dans ce rôle d’employée, vous assurez les activités de soins, d’assistance médicale et de coordination nécessaires au bon déroulement des consultations et des traitements esthétiques, en collaboration avec l’équipe.

  • Accueillir les patientes et les patients, recueillir les informations utiles et préparer leur prise en charge afin de garantir un parcours clair et attentionné.
  • Préparer les salles, le matériel et les dossiers avant les consultations ou les traitements afin d’assurer des conditions de travail organisées et hygiéniques.
  • Assister les médecins et les spécialistes pendant les actes médicaux et esthétiques afin de favoriser leur bon déroulement.
  • Réaliser les soins infirmiers relevant de votre domaine de compétence afin d’assurer un suivi sûr et adapté.
  • Expliquer les consignes avant et après les traitements afin de permettre aux patientes et aux patients de suivre correctement les recommandations.
  • Documenter les soins, les observations et les informations pertinentes dans les dossiers médicaux afin d’assurer la continuité et la traçabilité de la prise en charge.
  • Coordonner les rendez\-vous, les suivis et les échanges avec l’équipe afin de maintenir une organisation fluide.
  • Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de confidentialité afin de préserver la qualité des soins et la confiance des patientes et des patients.

Qualifications

Nous recherchons une personne fiable, organisée et orientée vers les patientes et les patients, capable de travailler avec précision dans un environnement médical et esthétique.

  • Formation et expérience dans les soins infirmiers, l’assistance médicale ou un domaine comparable.
  • Compétences en préparation et assistance lors de consultations et de traitements médicaux.
  • Connaissances des règles d’hygiène, d’asepsie, de sécurité et de confidentialité applicables aux soins.
  • Capacité à observer l’état d’une personne, à transmettre les informations pertinentes et à assurer un suivi structuré.
  • Aisance dans l’accueil, l’écoute et l’explication de consignes aux patientes et aux patients.
  • Organisation, précision, sens des responsabilités et aptitude à collaborer avec une équipe médicale.
  • Formation en greffe de cheveux \- Injection PRP \- autres soins et medecine ésthétiques (épilation Lazer...)
