Vous êtes ingénieur en électricité et aimez les défis techniques, les environnements industriels et le travail de terrain ? Vous souhaitez combiner expertise électrique, gestion de projets et amélioration continue ?

Adoc Talent Management recrute pour son client, un groupe industriel international de premier plan, un·e Ingénieur·e Maintenance Électrique & Process Industriel.

Au cœur d'un site de production d'envergure, vous contribuerez à la fiabilité des équipements électriques et à des projets de modernisation et d'optimisation des installations.

Votre mission

Rattaché·e au Responsable Électrique & Process, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance, de production et d'automation.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Piloter le bureau d'études électriques : plans, schémas, études techniques et conformité réglementaire.
  • Améliorer la fiabilité des installations : analyse des problèmes et recherche de solutions durables.
  • Participer aux projets industriels : études, budgets, planification et suivi de nouvelles installations ou de modifications d'équipements.
  • Déployer des projets d'amélioration continue, notamment la GMAO et les procédures LOTO.
  • Promouvoir la sécurité et contribuer à l'évolution des pratiques techniques.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur industriel en électricité ou équivalent.
  • Solides connaissances en électricité industrielle (HT/BT), avec une bonne compréhension des process et de la régulation.
  • Connaissance d'EPLAN (P8) et du RGIE.
  • Expérience en maintenance électrique, bureau d'études ou gestion de projets industriels.
  • Curiosité technique, autonomie, rigueur et goût du terrain.
  • Leadership naturel, excellent relationnel et esprit d'amélioration continue.
