Direktor Odjeljenja za kartično poslovanje i elektronsko bankarstvo (m/ž)

Radne obaveze i dužnosti:

  • Predlaže strategiju, godišnji plan rada, budžet, kadrovske potrebe i prioritete razvoja kartičnog poslovanja i elektronskog bankarstva
  • Odgovara za stabilno funkcionisanje kartičnih servisa, elektronskog i mobilnog bankarstva, ATM/POS kanala i povezanih operativnih procesa
  • Predlaže i koordinira razvoj i uvođenje novih proizvoda, servisa i funkcionalnosti, uključujući pripremu poslovnih analiza, planova implementacije i prijedloga za odlučivanje
  • Upravlja projektima i programima iz nadležnosti Odjeljenja
  • Upravlja odnosima sa Visa i Mastercard organizacijama, procesorima, pružaocima aplikativnih rješenja i drugim dobavljačima; prati ugovore, SLA, troškove i kvalitet usluge
  • Odgovara za kontinuitet poslovanja, upravljanje incidentima i eskalacijama, kao i koordinaciju oporavka ključnih servisa iz nadležnosti Odjeljenja
  • Obezbjeđuje blagovremenu implementaciju zakonskih i regulatornih zahtjeva, mandata kartičnih organizacija i relevantnih standarda platne industrije
  • Odobrava poslovne i funkcionalne zahtjeve, planove testiranja i produkcione implementacije u okviru dodijeljenih ovlašćenja
  • Kreira i ažurira procedure, uputstva, planove, kontrolne liste i drugu dokumentaciju iz nadležnosti Odjeljenja i prati njihovu primjenu
  • Izvještava Upravni odbor i druge nadležne organe o rezultatima, rizicima, incidentima, projektima i otvorenim pitanjima iz oblasti Odjeljenja
  • Razvija kompetencije zaposlenih, organizuje obuke, vrši procjenu učinka i predlaže mjere u vezi sa organizacijom rada i odgovornošću zaposlenih
  • Obavlja i druge poslove iz domena Odjeljenja po nalogu nadležnog člana Upravnog odbora

Znanja i vještine neophodne za ovu poziciju:

  • Najmanje 60 mjeseci relevantnog iskustva, od čega najmanje 24 mjeseca na poslovima koordinacije, vođenja projekata ili rukovođenja u oblasti platnih kartica, platnih servisa i/ili elektronskog bankarstva
  • Napredno poznavanje kartičnog poslovanja i elektronskog bankarstva
  • Napredno znanje engleskog jezika
