Die Adro\-Tech GmbH sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter Fernleitungsbau (m/w/d) 80–100% für den Schweizer Markt.

Wir sind ein professionelles KMU im Bereich Rohrleitungsbau und Heizung Installationen. Mit den drei Begriffen «Kompetent», «Zuverlässig», «Kundenorientiert» stehen wir für die Kundschaft, den Betrieb und unsere Arbeit ein. Wir erbauen optimale Systeme, welche auf den Gedanken und Wünschen unserer Kunden erarbeitet und realisiert werden.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Fernleitungsbau und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Kundenaufträge.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

* Selbständige Leitung von Fernwärme\- und Fernleitungsbauprojekten – von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Abnahme und Übergabe.

  • Planung und Koordination von Baustellen, Projektbeteiligten, Material und Lieferungen.
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten, Materialverfügbarkeit, Qualität und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Ausmassen, Regiearbeiten, Nachträgen, Rechnungen und Projektdokumentationen.
  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen und Offerten

Das bringst du mit

* Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Rohrleitungs\-, Anlagen\- oder Heizungsbau, sowie Erfahrung im Aufgabengebiet.

  • Weiterbildung in der Projekt\- oder Bauleitung von Vorteil – praktische Erfahrung und technisches Verständnis sind uns wichtiger als ein bestimmter Abschluss.
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Projektpartnern und Baustellenteams.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und Führerausweis Kategorie B.
