The posting

Publisher Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Source and onboard publishers aligned with campaign requirements and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Evaluate publisher credibility, traffic sources, compliance standards, and integration readiness before onboarding.
  • Be selective about the partners we bring on: prioritize publishers who deliver consistent, quality traffic and can support
  • campaigns over the long term.
  • Reject traffic from emulators, SDK spoofing, or other questionable sources.
  • Coordinate publisher account setup and initial enablement as per internal guidelines.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and partner records for all onboarded publishers.
  • Hand over onboarded publisher accounts to designated internal account managers after onboarding is complete.

Publisher–Campaign Matching

  • Before approaching partners, review each campaign's GEO, vertical, KPI, traffic source, target audience, volume, and quality
  • requirements.
  • Identify the publishers best suited to each campaign based on audience, GEO, traffic source, volume capability, and previous
  • performance (for example, for casino or betting campaigns, identify partners with the relevant audience, traffic, and track
  • record).
  • Build and maintain a clear understanding of who to approach, why, and which campaigns suit each publisher.
  • Proactively recommend suitable campaigns from the available offer list when a publisher is not ready to run their requested
  • campaign, while the wider team continues working on their wishlist.

Campaign Requirements & Feasibility

  • Gain a full understanding of each campaign's KPI, GEO, tracking, attribution model, payout, traffic restrictions, and quality
  • requirements before launch.
  • Ensure attribution models (such as CTA, VTA, or CTV) are clearly understood and communicated, so only publishers who can
  • support the required model are approached.
  • Perform campaign feasibility checks, validating publisher availability, traffic suitability, expected volumes, and technical
  • readiness.
  • Deliver a clear feasibility outcome within a reasonable timeframe, with a maximum target of one week. Where a campaign is
  • not feasible, communicate this promptly to the Account Manager so they can move forward.

Publisher Relationships

  • Build deep, trust-based relationships so publishers are willing to test campaigns on your recommendation, even when a
  • campaign is not an exact match for their initial request.
  • Maintain regular contact with key publishers through scheduled calls and, where possible, in-person meetings.

Payout & Margin Negotiation

  • Negotiate publisher payouts that keep publishers motivated while maintaining a healthy margin for the company.
  • Set clear expectations with publishers on quality and delivery.

Account Management Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with each Account Manager, sharing short, useful updates on campaign status, publisher
  • feedback, requirements, and any support needed.
  • Keep teams aligned so the company can respond quickly and efficiently to partner needs.
  • Share feasibility inputs and recommendations with internal teams.

Integrations & Platform Coordination

  • Work with API-based publishers, preferably on Affise.
  • Oversee publisher account setup, postback implementation, and integration testing.
  • Coordinate integration timelines and troubleshooting with internal technical and operations teams

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
