Adservio Luxembourg Adservio Luxembourg est le bras luxembourgeois du groupe Adservio : 300+ consultants entre Paris, Bruxelles et Luxembourg, et 15 ans au service des industries régulées à l’échelle du groupe. Depuis 2022, notre bureau luxembourgeois intervient dans les services financiers, l’énergie et les utilities, le transport et la mobilité, l’assurance et le secteur public. Vous rejoignez notre axe Technologies & Engineering.

Le contexte Au sein de notre équipe, vous intervenez pour un assureur vie luxembourgeois, dans sa fonction développement informatique. L’enjeu : livrer des applications au service du métier tout en respectant les exigences réglementaires et de sécurité de l’assurance-vie. Vous êtes sur site au Luxembourg pour six mois, prolongeables.

Votre mission Vous dirigez l’équipe en gardant la main sur le code, pour que métier et technique parlent le même langage.

Encadrer et faire grandir l’équipe

  • Encadrer et motiver les développeurs au quotidien ; animer dailies, rétrospectives et revues de code
  • Développer les compétences par le coaching, la formation et le partage de bonnes pratiques
  • Répartir les ressources et les objectifs, suivre les livrables

Piloter la livraison et la qualité

  • Planifier et prioriser avec les Product Owners et le Scrum Master, remonter les alertes, représenter l’équipe en comité de pilotage
  • Définir et faire respecter les standards de développement, avec tests automatisés et documentation technique
  • Piloter l’amélioration continue

Faire le lien entre métier et technique

  • Participer aux ateliers d’analyse et de spécification, et estimer les charges
  • Proposer des solutions techniques adaptées et fluidifier les échanges entre métiers, chefs de projet et développeurs

Votre profil Vous alliez leadership, esprit d’analyse, rigueur, pédagogie, organisation, adaptabilité et esprit collaboratif.

Ce qui est indispensable

  • Expérience confirmée de l’assurance-vie au Luxembourg : réglementation, applicatif, organisation
  • Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de projet
  • Maîtrise de C# et JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Agile et DevSecOps, architecture logicielle, Git et intégration continue
  • Pratique de Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS et YAGNI, et des principes de sécurité applicative

Ce qui fait la différence

  • Familiarité avec Jira, GitLab et Confluence
  • Connaissance des frameworks et technologies du SI d’un assureur

Langues Requis : français et anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral.
