Le contexte Au sein de notre équipe, vous intervenez pour l’activité de services titres d’un grand groupe bancaire européen, sur sa plateforme de Transfer Agency. Le programme accueille de nouvelles activités TA (nouveaux clients, services et produits) et migre des fonds. La mission se déroule sur site à Paris, pour 12 mois reconductibles, à partir de janvier 2027.

Votre mission Vous êtes la référence fonctionnelle Transfer Agency des projets que vous accompagnez, du besoin métier jusqu’à la solution testée et industrialisée.

Analyse métier et conception

  • Traduire des besoins métier complexes en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques pour les développeurs offshore et les éditeurs tiers
  • Concevoir des solutions alignées sur les besoins métier et la stratégie IT, intégration et industrialisation comprises
  • Évaluer les risques et garantir la viabilité, l’utilisabilité et la pérennité des solutions

Pilotage de projet et coordination des éditeurs

  • Contribuer aux projets stratégiques et clients, et piloter la mise en place des nouveaux clients, services et produits TA
  • Conduire les migrations de fonds
  • Coordonner les éditeurs tiers sur les sujets métier et techniques

Tests et documentation

  • Définir les scénarios de test avec le Test Manager, puis revoir et/ou exécuter les tests SIT
  • Tenir à jour la documentation des systèmes et la cartographie fonctionnelle

Votre profil

Ce qui est indispensable

  • Au moins 6 ans d’expérience de Business Analyst dans l’industrie des fonds, sur la Transfer Agency, dont de la gestion de projet
  • Une expertise fonctionnelle sur le dealing, le registre, le cash et les trailer fees
  • Une pratique de Multifonds TA (MFGI)
  • SQL et PL/SQL sur Oracle, et BI Publisher
  • Une expérience des méthodes Agile

  • Jira et SQL Developer

Une practice encore à construire, avec un parcours lisible. Ce que vous mettez en place devient notre façon de faire, et la grille de grades est explicite, avec une filière expert pour qui préfère la profondeur au management.
