Ouverts à Luxembourg en 2022, nous intervenons dans les services financiers, l’énergie et les utilities, le transport et la mobilité, l’assurance et le secteur public. Vous rejoignez notre axe Technologies & Engineering.

Le contexte Au sein de notre équipe, vous intervenez pour un groupe d’assurance de la place qui lance un vaste programme de transformation. Les métiers y ont besoin de chiffres fiables pour piloter le changement, dans un secteur où le reporting répond à Solvency II, IFRS 17 et au Commissariat aux Assurances.

Votre mission Vous transformez les questions métier en modèles de données et en rapports fiables pour les équipes opérations, marketing et finance.

Comprendre le métier

  • Vous travaillez avec les équipes métier pour définir les indicateurs dont elles ont besoin
  • Vous traduisez leurs besoins en spécifications de reporting claires

Modéliser et construire

  • Vous concevez les modèles de données à partir de l’entrepôt de données
  • Vous développez et maintenez rapports et tableaux de bord
  • Vous optimisez requêtes et flux pour des rapports rapides et robustes

Garantir la qualité et l’adoption

  • Vous rapprochez les chiffres des systèmes sources et résolvez les incohérences
  • Vous documentez vos modèles et accompagnez les utilisateurs

Votre profil

Ce qui est indispensable

  • Au moins quatre ans comme data analyst ou développeur BI, sur des rapports utilisés par les métiers
  • Une maîtrise avancée de Power BI, modélisation des données comprise
  • Un SQL solide et la maîtrise des concepts d’entrepôt de données
  • Une connaissance des indicateurs suivis par les opérations, le marketing et la finance

Ce qui fait la différence

  • Une expérience en assurance Vie ou Non-Vie
  • Python pour la préparation ou l’analyse de données
  • Habitué(e) à un environnement Oracle, avec une pratique de l’ETL et de la qualité des données

Langues Requis : français et anglais courants

Ouvert en 2022, notre bureau se construit maintenant, adossé à un groupe de plus de 300 consultants : ce qui s’y met en place devient notre façon de faire. Notre grille de grades est explicite, avec une filière expert pour qui préfère la profondeur au management.
