The posting

Our client is a Venture Capital backed, well-funded SaaS startup in Singapore. Tackling the complex world of employee management, and they are taking on an ambitious mission to become the operating system of modern organizations to help their customers automate administrative workflows and create the single source of truth of employee records.

They are looking for a B2B Content Marketer to drive awareness, customer engagement and brand loyalty for their product offerings, thus enabling market penetration and positioning the company as a thought leader in the HR space and the preferred solutions partner for employers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Omni B2B blog content is highly discoverable and attracts prospects by incorporating SEO best practices during content creation
  • Produce articles and e-books that are relevant to the target audience, fulfills business needs and addresses current content gaps, while ensuring published contents are constantly iterated on for greater lead generation
  • Ensure the editorial calendar is up-to-date and be responsible for producing work on time
  • Ensure content is compelling, well-researched, well-structured and is written without grammatical & writing errors in English, while adhering to Omnis content pillars and creation guidelines
  • Support the mission owner by producing marketing communication collaterals through owned media, such as email marketing, social media, website, and other channels
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders on PR and other ad-hoc marketing activities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in writing, preferably at a B2B / SaaS company
  • An excellent writer who always double-checks their work and adheres to B2B best practices
  • A good and fluent communicator in English
  • A user-centred person who puts customer at the core of their work
  • Highly-committed and dedicated person whos able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Someone meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • A fast learner who shows a strong will to grow and proactively seeks feedback for improvement
