The Senior Oracle Project Manager will partner closely with IT leadership, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Human Resources, business stakeholders, external implementation partners, and technical delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate brings strong Oracle enterprise application experience, exceptional project delivery capabilities, financial and risk management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures while driving accountability and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle enterprise application implementations, enhancements, integrations, migrations, and stabilization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource allocations, and critical paths.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, OIC, OCI, and related platforms.
  • Coordinate activities across functional, technical, integration, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Drive project execution through requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and operational transition.
  • Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards, business requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

2. Project Governance, Risk & Issue Management

  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting structures, and escalation procedures.
  • Proactively identify, assess, document, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
  • Escalate critical delivery risks, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions to appropriate leadership.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, executive status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, decision logs, action registers, and change-control records.
  • Ensure compliance with ADT's IT governance framework, internal controls, and project management standards.

3. Financial Management & Resource Planning

  • Manage project financials, including approved budgets, forecasts, actual expenditures, and projected costs to completion.
  • Track capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) expenditures in accordance with established Finance and Accounting guidelines.
  • Monitor vendor costs, contractor utilization, purchase orders, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Identify budget variances and proactively communicate financial risks and funding requirements.
  • Partner with the Oracle Program Manager, Finance, and resource managers to forecast resource demand and resolve capacity constraints.
  • Support business cases, funding requests, and project financial reporting.

4. Stakeholder & Executive Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Oracle projects.
  • Build strong working relationships with IT leadership, business sponsors, functional owners, and external delivery partners.
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical issues into business-focused communications that support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive timely resolution of competing priorities.
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment on project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and expected business outcomes.

5. Oracle Functional & Technical Delivery Oversight

  • Coordinate Oracle functional and technical teams supporting enterprise application initiatives.
  • Oversee integration dependencies between Oracle platforms and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
  • Manage testing strategies and execution, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and business validation.
  • Coordinate release management, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and production support transitions.
  • Ensure appropriate business sign-offs, technical approvals, and operational readiness criteria are achieved before deployment.
  • Collaborate with application support teams to ensure successful hypercare and knowledge transfer.

6. Vendor & Implementation Partner Management

  • Manage delivery commitments and performance of external consulting firms, system integrators, and technology vendors.
  • Track SOW deliverables, milestones, resource commitments, and contractual dependencies.
  • Coordinate vendor activities with ADT's internal technical and business teams.
  • Identify vendor delivery risks and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual requirements, quality expectations, and approved timelines.

7. Compliance, Controls & Audit Readiness

  • Partner with Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, and compliance teams to ensure project deliverables align with applicable SOX and internal-control requirements.
  • Incorporate security, access management, change management, and audit requirements into project execution.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and evidence supporting approvals, testing, deployments, and control validation.
  • Support remediation efforts associated with control deficiencies, integration failures, and operational risks.

8. PMO Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Adhere to established Oracle PMO methodologies, governance requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project information in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Jira, and other approved enterprise tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
