The posting

Are you organised, proactive and great at keeping things running smoothly? Do you enjoy coordinating tasks, solving problems and putting your French language skills to use? Then you could be the perfect addition to our customer service team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Supporter who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys a varied working day. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders and returns, and coordinating shipments to the French and Italian markets
  • Keeping installers and dealers updated on important delivery information
  • Handling enquiries from dealers, installers and agents by phone and email
  • Supporting our external sales team
  • Managing after-sales enquiries and cases

In this role, you'll be juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, often working across different departments. That's why we're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions and isn't afraid to reach out to colleagues when needed.

And don't worry – you won't be doing it alone! You'll be part of a supportive team that's always happy to help. Bring your curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and we'll help you with the rest.

Do you fit this profile?

You're a natural problem-solver with a strong understanding of systems and processes, a service-minded approach and plenty of drive. Your educational background is not crucial, but your personal profile is. Therefore, it is a prerequisite that you:

  • Speak and write fluent French (perhaps it's even your native language?)
  • Have basic written and spoken English skills, as English is our corporate language
  • Have experience of working with different systems (you may already be familiar with Microsoft CRM or BC365)
  • Understands customers' needs and knows how to adapt their communication to different situations

It would also be a bonus if you:

  • Have experience with EDI
  • Speak and write Italian

Good to know

The position is full-time and requires on-site attendance, with working hours from 8-16 Monday to Thursday and 8-15.30 on Fridays.
