Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP FICO Implementation:
  2. Lead and manage one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project.
  3. Conduct business requirement analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  5. Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and ensure successful integration with other SAP modules.
  6. SAP FICO Support:
  7. Provide ongoing support for one or two SAP FICO support projects.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial accounting and controlling modules.
  9. Ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
  10. Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
  11. Financial Accounting (FI) Module:
  12. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and bank accounting processes.
  13. Implement and support financial reporting and analysis.
  14. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  15. Controlling (CO) Module:
  16. Handle cost center accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and product costing.
  17. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities.
  18. Provide insights into financial performance through accurate controlling data.
  19. Project Management:
  20. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP FICO projects.
  21. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SAP technical consultants, business analysts, and end-users.
  22. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  23. Client Interaction:
  24. Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and solutions.
  25. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
  26. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.
