The posting

En tant que Facility Manager, tu es le référent technique unique du site A6K-E6K : personne ne connaît le bâtiment mieux que toi. Rattaché(e) directement au COO, tu garantis le bon fonctionnement, la sécurité et la conformité de l'ensemble des installations, et tu es l'interface technique entre le bâtiment, ses occupants et ses prestataires.

Tes principales missions :

1. Gestion technique du bâtiment

  • Développer une connaissance exhaustive du bâtiment et de ses installations : HVAC, électricité, sanitaires, ascenseurs, contrôle d'accès, détection incendie, alarmes ;
  • Assurer les interventions de premier niveau sur les installations électriques, dans le respect du RGIE ;
  • Planifier et superviser la maintenance préventive et corrective ;
  • Garantir la conformité réglementaire : contrôles périodiques, levée des non-conformités.

2. Relation technique avec les occupants

  • Être le point de contact unique des occupants pour toute demande technique : interventions, incidents, réparations ;
  • Assurer le volet technique de l'arrivée et du départ des occupants : accès, badges, mise en service des espaces ;
  • Réaliser directement les petites réparations et interventions de premier niveau, pour répondre au plus vite aux besoins des résidents sans passer systématiquement par un prestataire.

3. Gestion des charges

  • Assurer le suivi des charges d'exploitation du bâtiment et contribuer aux décomptes de charges des occupants ;
  • En cas de casse ou de dégât imputable à un occupant, chiffrer et refacturer les coûts de remise en état ;
  • Gérer les dossiers d'assurance et le suivi des sinistres.

4. Coordination des prestataires techniques

  • Être l'interlocuteur unique de l'ensemble des prestataires techniques du bâtiment ;
  • Planifier les interventions, contrôler la qualité et le respect des SLA ;
  • Valider les factures fournisseurs et piloter le budget maintenance.

5. Prévention, sécurité et coordination sécurité

  • Élaborer et mettre à jour le Plan Global de Prévention et le Plan Annuel d'Actions ;
  • Organiser les formations sécurité et les exercices d'évacuation ;
  • Assurer le support technique et la sécurité des espaces lors des événements du site ;
  • Assurer le rôle de conseiller en prévention interne du site et faire évoluer la politique de prévention ;
  • Réaliser et mettre à jour les analyses de risques ;
  • Assurer la coordination sécurité des travaux et chantiers sur site : plans de prévention, permis de feu et de travail, accueil et encadrement des entreprises extérieures ;
  • Sensibiliser et accompagner les équipes, occupants et prestataires aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité.
