W firmie Advanced Protection Systems SA tworzymy unikatowe systemy antydronowe bazując na najnowszych technologiach radarowych. Samodzielnie projektujemy i produkujemy wszystkie elementy: od układów scalonych, przez elektronikę, mechatronikę, aż po zaawansowane oprogramowanie i finalną implementację. Dzięki naszym nowatorskim rozwiązaniom wykrywamy wszelkie poruszające się obiekty, nawet tak trudne do wykrycia jak drony klasy mikro czy niewielkie ptaki. Nasza technologia została z sukcesem wdrożona w wielu wymagających branżach, takich jak: obronność i bezpieczeństwo, infrastruktura krytyczna i rządowa, a także na lotniskach.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Projektowanie elementów mechanicznych, obudów i układów zabudowy urządzeń.
  • Tworzenie modeli 3D oraz rysunków wykonawczych i złożeniowych.
  • Dobór materiałów konstrukcyjnych i metod wytwarzania.
  • Współpraca z działem elektrycznym i produkcyjnym w zakresie integracji komponentów.
  • Weryfikacja poprawności dokumentacji oraz przygotowanie zestawień materiałowych.
  • Udział w opracowywaniu koncepcji i prototypów nowych rozwiązań.
  • Wsparcie procesu produkcji i montażu mechanicznego.
  • Wprowadzanie zmian konstrukcyjnych w odpowiedzi na testy i uwagi produkcyjne.
  • Analiza wytrzymałościowa i optymalizacja projektowanych elementów.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji powykonawczej i instrukcji montażowych.
  • Prowadzenie uzgodnień technicznych z dostawcami i kooperantami.
  • Nadzór nad poprawnym wykonaniem elementów konstrukcyjnych.
  • Śledzenie trendów i innowacji w projektowaniu konstrukcyjnym.
  • Planowanie i nadzorowanie badań.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne - mechanika i budowa maszyn, mechatronika lub kierunki pokrewne
  • Minimum 3 lat doświadczenia zawodowego w konstrukcjach mechanicznych
  • Umiejętność projektowania inżynierskiego elementów maszyn oraz tworzenia dokumentacji technicznej
  • Biegła znajomość programów CAD 3D (modelowanie części, złożeń i dokumentacji) – np. SolidWorks
  • Umiejętność przeprowadzania analiz MES (wytrzymałość materiałów) - np. Ansys Mechanical
  • Znajomość technologicznych procesów obróbki metali oraz pokryć galwanicznych
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, zaangażowanie i dyspozycyjność
  • Znajomość norm obronnych

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość zagadnień z zakresu z podstaw elektryki
  • Znajomość zagadnień z zakresu kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej
