Wat ga je doen?

Als MTC Instructeur UAS / Counter-UAS speel je een belangrijke rol in het opleiden van mariniers binnen het snel ontwikkelende domein van onbemande systemen en drone-dreigingen.

Je vertaalt jouw operationele ervaring naar praktijkgerichte trainingen die aansluiten bij actuele inzetrealiteit, ditmaal vanuit jouw rol als burger-opleider binnen AFG.

Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • Verzorgen van instructie op het gebied van UAS en Counter-UAS
  • Trainen van mariniers in detectie, herkenning en tegenmaatregelen
  • Instructie geven op individueel, team-, section en troopniveau (TTP’s)
  • Evalueren van prestaties en terugkoppelen aan cursisten en commandanten
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van trainingsscenario’s en lesmateriaal

Je komt te werken in een hecht team van instructeurs bij het Marine Training Command, bestaande uit een mix van actief dienende mariniers en AFG-opleiders. De planning is vooraf duidelijk, met een afwisseling van instructielessen en praktijktrainingen. Soms zijn het klassikale sessies, maar vaak ben je buiten te vinden, onder wisselende weersomstandigheden en met een avondbelasting.

Samen werk je aan één doel: mariniers voorbereiden op een dreigingsbeeld dat zich razendsnel ontwikkelt en waarin technologische kennis en tactisch inzicht samenkomen.

  • Recente operationele ervaring binnen Defensie
  • Kwalificaties en ervaring met UAS en counter-UAS.
  • Beschikbaarheid op basis van het trainingsprogramma (min 500 uur per jaar)
  • Je moet een VOG kunnen overleggen bij aanvang
  • Er wordt een Verklaring Geen Bezwaar (VGB) niveau-B aangevraagd
