What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding member service and maintain high satisfaction scores
  • Perform accurate and efficient financial transactions in person and by phone
  • Identify and recommend products or services to improve members’ financial well-being
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
  • Resolve member issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Support daily branch operations, including opening and closing activities as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: $16-18 hourly. This position is on site at the Lafayette Branch at 306 Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, LA, 70508. Must be available to work at least two Saturday shifts each month.
