Als Product Owner (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in einem agilen Scrum-Team und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwareplattform aktiv mit. Du analysierst und priorisierst neue Anforderungen, übersetzt diese in umsetzbare User Stories und steuerst das Product Backlog. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Entwicklungsteams und Stakeholdern zusammen, schaffst Transparenz über Prioritäten und trägst dazu bei, innovative Produktideen erfolgreich in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil eines agilen Scrum-Teams übernimmst Du die Aufgabe des Produkt Owners im Rahmen der Entwicklung und Pflege unserer generischen Softwareplattform. Deine Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

  • Evaluierung und Aufbereitung neuer Anforderungen
  • Erstellung von User Stories auf Grundlage der Anforderungen
  • Priorisierung und Management des Product Backlogs
  • Mitarbeit in unserer Produkt-Gilde
  • Sprintplanung und Backlog-Refinement
  • Erwartungs-Management bei den Shareholdern

Dein Profil

  • IT orientiertes Studium oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung als Produkt Owner in einem technischen anspruchsvollem Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Scrum-Teams
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)

Neben den erforderlichen Fachkenntnissen sind für uns Talent, Kreativität, lösungsorientiertes Denken, Engagement und Spaß an der Aufgabe entscheidend.
