About the Role We are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious medical team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to perform a mix of reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries in a world-class clinical environment, contribute to leadership and mentorship, and enjoy a highly rewarding, tax-free lifestyle.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat patients requiring cosmetic or reconstructive surgery
  • Perform a variety of surgical procedures including aesthetic enhancements, trauma reconstruction, and skin grafting
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-focused care
  • Mentor and supervise junior doctors, upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital protocols
  • Participate in medical audits, CME, and quality improvement initiatives

✅ Candidate Requirements

Required:

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Plastic Surgery (or recognised equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-certification experience
  • Proficient in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgical techniques
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Fellowship or subspecialty training in Plastic Surgery
  • Previous experience in a large hospital or private clinic setting
  • Proven record in clinical leadership or supervision
