About the role

You will manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized and large clients, organizing communication projects, overseeing content and supporting clients day to day. The role combines strategic thinking, project management and hands-on delivery, and you will work with a high degree of autonomy.

You will report to the Account Director or the Senior Account Manager.

What you'll do

  • Manage your clients with the aim of growing and keeping each partnership.
  • Write core creative and operational briefs.
  • Set up tasks in Wrike with clear descriptions, deadlines and dependencies, and monitor allocation across projects.
  • Organize and monitor the delivery of digital projects, from websites and video productions to social and performance campaigns.
  • Coordinate content production and day-to-day communication with clients.
  • Guide Account Executives and approve their deliverables before they go to clients.
  • Coordinate activities with the Creative, Performance and Production teams.
  • Report to clients with clear KPIs and accurate data.
  • Support budgets, invoicing, contracts and pricing, and spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities, together with the Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
  • Use AI tools every day in research, production and optimization, and suggest new tools and ways of working to the team.

You'll also contribute to

  • Market, audience and competitor analysis for proposals.
  • Communication proposals and integrated activities with the creative and performance teams.
  • New tools for Client Service.
  • Presentations and negotiations for new partnerships.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, ideally within a creative, advertising or digital agency.
  • Experience managing client relationships and integrated communication projects from brief to delivery.
  • Solid project management skills, including budgets and timelines.
  • Working knowledge of Wrike or similar project management tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Confident, independent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to work faster and better, and the curiosity to suggest new ones to the team.
  • Client empathy, problem solving and organization.
  • Native-level Greek and fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • PMI or similar project management training.
  • Experience with ATL or film productions.
  • Experience in new business and pitching.
