Osana Advisensen Suomen legal-, compliance- ja talousrikollisuuden torjunnan tiimiä pääset työskentelemään keskeisessä roolissa mielenkiintoisissa ja vaativissa asiakasprojekteissa. Projekteissa yhdistyvät sääntely, riskienhallinta, operatiiviset prosessit, strateginen kehittäminen ja teknologiaratkaisut.

Roolissasi osallistut asiakasprojekteihin erityisesti talousrikollisuuden torjunnan alueella. Toimit asiantuntijana sääntelyvaatimusten tunnistamisessa ja tulkinnassa sekä implementoimisessa asiakkaidemme käytännön toimintamalleihin ja operatiivisiin prosesseihin.

Advisensella

  • osallistut monipuolisiin asiakasprojekteihin riskinarvioinneista ja gap-analyyseistä strategioiden, prosessien ja kontrollien suunnitteluun ja implementointiin
  • toimit asiantuntijana ja neuvonantajana rahanpesun ja terrorismin rahoittamisen estämiseen sekä pakotteisiin ja petosten torjuntaan liittyvässä sääntelyssä
  • tuet asiakkaitamme talousrikollisuuden torjuntaan liittyvän sääntelyn ja compliance-vaatimusten tulkinnassa, implementoinnissa ja käytännön soveltamisessa
  • työskentelet tiiviisti finanssialan asiakkaiden kanssa Suomessa ja Pohjoismaissa
  • osallistut kokemuksestasi riippuen myös muihin governanceen, complianceen ja riskienhallintaan liittyviin toimeksiantoihin.

Taustasi ja kokemuksesi

Etsimme henkilöä, jolla on muutaman vuoden kokemus talousrikollisuuden torjunnasta, compliancesta, riskienhallinnasta tai vastaavilta alueilta. Haluat kehittyä konsulttiroolissa, jossa pääset työskentelemään vaihtelevissa projekteissa ja toimimaan läheisessä yhteistyössä asiakkaiden kanssa.

Toivomme sinulta

  • noin 1–4 vuoden käytännön kokemusta talousrikollisuuden torjunnasta, compliancesta tai riskienhallinnasta
  • kokemusta pankki- tai muusta finanssisektorista, fintechistä tai konsultoinnista
  • vahvoja analyyttisiä ja viestinnällisiä taitoja
  • oikeustieteen maisterin tutkintoa tai muuta soveltuvaa korkeakoulututkintoa
  • erinomaista suomen ja englannin kielen suullista ja kirjallista taitoa. Ruotsin kielen taito katsotaan eduksi.
