  • Interpret and apply compensation frameworks, financial models, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA considerations) in system and process design
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to resolve complex issues and align on strategic objectives
  • Evaluate risks, competing priorities, and business constraints, exercising discretion to recommend and implement effective solutions
  • Develop and deliver analytical frameworks, reporting models, and insights to support executive decision-making
  • Influence system design, business processes, and integration strategies through expert analysis and recommendations
  • Operate with minimal supervision, managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar analytical role within financial services or a related industry
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of compensation structures, financial data analysis, and/or broker-dealer operations
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in analyzing complex, non-routine business and financial problems
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to synthesize complex and ambiguous information into actionable insights

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
