Det är hit de flesta av våra kunder vänder sig i första hand, och för många av dem är vi deras egen IT-avdelning. Nu växer vi och söker en servicedeskmedarbetare som vill vara med och ge branschens bästa support. Vi söker dig som tycker om att hjälpa människor och som får energi av att lösa problem. Du behåller lugnet när det är full fart, är tydlig i din kommunikation och gillar att ingen dag är den andra lik. Om rollen Som servicedeskmedarbetare är du ofta kundens första kontakt med Advitum. Du tar emot ärenden, felsöker, löser och följer upp, och ser till att kunden känner sig sedd och väl omhändertagen hela vägen. Du blir en del av ett sammansvetsat servicedeskteam och har alltid erfarna kollegor och specialister att bolla med när det blir klurigt. Du kommer att Ta emot och lösa supportärenden via telefon, mejl och ärendeportal Felsöka och hjälpa till med datorer, mobiler, skrivare och nätverk Administrera användare, behörigheter och licenser i Microsoft 365 Hantera och installera klienter, till exempel med Intune Dokumentera lösningar och bidra till vår gemensamma kunskapsbas Besöka kunder på plats när det behövs

Vem är du? Vi tror att du Har erfarenhet av IT-support eller servicedesk, eller har en IT-utbildning i bagaget Har grundläggande kunskaper i Windows, Microsoft 365 och nätverk Är serviceinriktad och har lätt för att kommunicera i både tal och skrift, på svenska och engelska Är strukturerad och tycker om att följa ett ärende hela vägen till en nöjd kund Gillar att lära dig nytt och att dela med dig av det du kan

För många är servicedesk också en fantastisk språngbräda vidare mot rollen som tekniker eller konsult. Så jobbar vi För oss handlar jobbet minst lika mycket om människorna som om tekniken. Sedan starten 2010 har vi haft samma mål: att ha IT-branschens mest nöjda kunder och medarbetare, och vi tror inte att det ena går utan det andra. Vi har en platt organisation, korta beslutsvägar och noll prestige. Här är det självklart att ge beröm, hjälpa en kollega och dela med sig av det man kan. Och ja, vi tycker också att det ska vara kul att gå till jobbet, så när det går bra för oss firar vi tillsammans. Tjänsten utgår från vårt kontor i Växjö, men du väljer själv var du jobbar bäst: på kontoret, hemma eller hos kund. Du styr din egen kalender, kan träna på arbetstid och har en egen utvecklingsplan, både för tekniken och för det som är minst lika viktigt: kundrelationer, affärsmannaskap och projektarbete.
