About this Role
As a Global Learning & Leadership Enablement Program Manager, you will help us build a culture of learning and growth that reflects our core principles.
You understand what it takes to design, scale, and iterate learning experiences for global teams. You take a strategic approach to building development programs, balancing learner needs with business priorities. If you have a passion for growing teams and leaders, strong facilitation skills, and sharp project management expertise, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Own program management: Lead leadership, team effectiveness, and collaborative learning programs across our portfolio. Manage the full lifecycle including program design, vendor relations, tools, data analysis, and change management.
- Track metrics & iterate: Define clear metrics (adoption, retention, performance impact) to evaluate progress. Use these insights to continuously sharpen our curriculum.
- Facilitate learning (~30%): Host interactive workshops online and in person, breaking down complex ideas into clear, practical takeaways.
- Design learning experiences: Create end-to-end learning options, combining self-paced digital content with live interactive sessions.
- Adopt emerging tech: Help our team stay ahead of industry trends and find practical ways to apply new technology to global learning initiatives.
- Align stakeholders: Connect HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Learning Business Partners (LBPs), leaders, and facilitators to keep our learning strategies aligned.
What You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in organizational learning, talent design, or program management. You have a track record of analyzing needs, designing programs, and delivering learning initiatives from start to finish while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills: You can hold space for deep conversations and constructively challenge colleagues at every level of the business.
- Tech proficiency: Comfortable working with modern HR tech, collaboration tools, and data analytics.
- Assessment expertise: Practical experience administering individual and team tools (e.g., 360s, DISC, Strengths) and coaching leaders on how to use them effectively (certifications are a bonus).
- Coaching experience (preferred): A background in coaching team members and leaders across a variety of topics.
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments
Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity of backgrounds and cultures is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business and technical challenges are unique, and we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen.
Studies show that women and members of underrepresented communities apply for jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Does this sound like you? If so, Adyen encourages you to reconsider and apply. We look forward to your application!
