AECOM busca un Modelador - MEP / Eléctrico para laborar en las oficinas de Lima Perú.

Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras:

  • Se desempeñará realizando modelamiento MEP-BIM; en la especialidad de Electricidad. Elaborará y/o generará producción de planos, participando activamente en el desarrollo de entregables de diseño en proyectos de edificación compleja (aeropuertos, hospitales, terminales, otras de gran escala).
  • Desarrollo de modelos BIM de ELE, asegurando coherencia con el modelo analítico, los cálculos y la documentación técnica.
  • Participación en la generación de entregables completos de paquetes de diseño ELE (modelo + planos), contribuyendo a la calidad, consistencia y constructibilidad del diseño.
  • Generación de planos de detalles, secciones, elevaciones a partir del modelo BIM, asegurando alineamiento con criterios de diseño.
  • Interpretación de croquis y lineamientos del ingeniero Electricista; apoyando en su adecuada implementación gráfica.
  • Participación en procesos de coordinación interdisciplinaria (arquitectura, MEP, Estructuras, ICT) en entorno BIM.
  • Generación de familias, descripciones cortas y largas, sistemas internos de la especialidad, parametrizaciones y calidad del modelo BIM.
  • Apoyar en revisiones de control de calidad del modelo y planos (consistencia, interferencias, colisiones, cumplimiento de estándares).

Requisitos

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Deseable bachiller o titulado; en especialidad de electricista o mecánico-electricista con 4 años o una equivalencia demostrada en cuanto a experiencia y/o formación.

Requisitos Deseables:

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en modelamiento MEP-BIM, especialidad de electricidad.
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos de edificaciones (idealmente de mediana o gran escala).
  • Inglés a nivel básico (lectura técnica, deseable)
  • Dominio técnico requeridoManejo de Revit MEP/ELE – nivel intermedio (indispensable) AutoCAD – nivel intermedio/avanzado. Conocimiento básico de normas de la especialidad: CNE, NTP, NEC, NFPA.
  • Conocimiento en modelado de: Equipamiento electromecánico en media y baja tensión (Switchgears, Switchboards, tableros, transformadores, UPS, grupos electrógenos); Canalizaciones adosadas y enterradas; como: bandejas, conductos/tuberías; Redes exteriores, ductos y buzones; Iluminacion interior y/o exterior; Puesta a tierra y pararrayos.
  • BIM y herramientas: Conocimiento de entornos BIM y modelos federados; Manejo básico de herramientas de coordinación (Navisworks o similar); Conocimiento de plataformas colaborativas (ACC, BIM 360 o similares – deseable)
  • Competencias clave: Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación; Atención al detalle y precisión técnica; Proactividad y disposición para desarrollarse en diseño estructural; Capacidad de trabajo en equipo; Buena comunicación técnica con ingenieros senior/intermedios
