The posting

Votre mission: Vous aurez la responsabilité d’un centre de profit de 14 collaborateurs générant 2 M€ de chiffre d’affaires, avec à votre disposition des outils de gestion et de pilotage performants et une large autonomie pour développer votre activité et faire grandir votre périmètre.

1. Développer votre activité

  • Vous allez chercher de nouveaux clients et entretenez la relation avec ceux de votre secteur, régionaux comme nationaux.
  • Vous accompagnez chaque affaire de la proposition commerciale jusqu'au règlement : facturation, relances et recouvrement des créances.
  • Vous portez le développement de votre région, en lien étroit avec la Direction et les services supports.

2. Piloter la production et la qualité

  • Vous atteignez les objectifs financiers et opérationnels fixés pour votre périmètre.
  • Aux côtés des Chargés d’Opérations et du pôle administratif, vous organisez l'activité : plannings, moyens et ressources mis à disposition des techniciens pour livrer à temps des missions conformes aux normes techniques et à la réglementation.
  • Vous êtes la personne de référence de votre équipe sur les questions techniques et métier.

3. Manager et fédérer votre équipe

  • Vous constituez votre équipe et la faites grandir : recrutement, intégration, suivi au quotidien, entretiens individuels et plan de montée en compétences.
  • Vous êtes régulièrement sur le terrain, au contact direct de vos collaborateurs.

4. Garantir la sécurité et la bonne organisation

  • Vous êtes garant(e) de la sécurité de vos équipes et de l'application des règles internes.
  • Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de la Direction et des fonctions support : vous faites remonter l'information et suivez l'activité à l'aide de tableaux de bord.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage d'une agence de diagnostics immobiliers
  • Un leader de terrain, pragmatique et humain.
  • Capacités managériales avérées, alliant exigence et magnanimité.
  • Excellentes compétences en planification et suivi de Contrats Cadres.
