Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Region Thun (Niederlassungen Strättligen, Dürrenast und Bälliz) suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kompetente, engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.

Was Sie bewirken

  • Umfassende Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden zu unseren Basisprodukten und dem Verkauf sämtlicher Dienstleistungen des Geldverkehrs (Kartenprodukte, Fremdwährungen, Edelmetalle)
  • Beratung bei ersten Fragen im Finanzierungs\-, Anlage\- und Vorsorgebereich
  • Betreuung des Beratungsschalters und Geräteparks der Selbstbedienungszone wie Bancomat, Münz\- und Noteneinzahler sowie der Tresorfachanlage

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Bankbranche
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung
  • Freude am täglichen persönlichen Kundenkontakt und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kunden\- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Aufgeschlossenheit und Belastbarkeit als persönliche Stärken
