Vous avez une formation technique et souhaitez prendre des responsabilités sur un chantier d’envergure ? Chez Aelterman, vous coordonnez les travaux de construction métallique sur le Viaduc de Vilvorde et veillez, avec votre équipe, à leur bonne exécution.

Votre mission

  • Vous organisez et planifiez les travaux de construction métallique dans votre zone de chantier.
  • Vous coordonnez les équipes, sous-traitants et différents intervenants sur le terrain.
  • Vous suivez l’avancement des travaux et veillez au respect du planning, de la qualité et de la sécurité.
  • Vous êtes un point de contact pour nos ouvriers, sous-traitants, partenaires, maître d’ouvrage et organismes de contrôle.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le conducteur de chantier principal, le chef de projet et les conducteurs des autres zones.
  • Vous anticipez les problèmes et cherchez des solutions concrètes pour garantir le bon déroulement du chantier.
  • Vous veillez chaque jour à ce que les travaux soient réalisés en toute sécurité.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en construction, (électro)mécanique ou dans un domaine technique équivalent.
  • Une première expérience en conduite de travaux est un atout, mais n’est pas indispensable.
  • Vous avez un réel intérêt pour la construction et les structures métalliques.
  • Vous savez organiser, planifier et garder une vue d’ensemble.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise pour coordonner différentes équipes et intervenants.
  • Vous êtes autonome, flexible et orienté solutions.
  • Vous communiquez clairement en français et en anglais.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et prendre des responsabilités.
