Analista de Sistemas com foco em SAP. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPapéis e Responsabilidades:• Atuar como ponto focal técnico para o sistema SAP, em geral garantindo a continuidade e a qualidade dos serviços prestados às áreas de negócio.• Garantir a sustentação operacional do ambiente SAP, monitorando incidentes, problemas e demandas evolutivas, assegurando a disponibilidade e a estabilidade da solução.• Compreender os processos de negócio das áreas clientes, propondo soluções aderentes às melhores práticas do SAP e às diretrizes da empresa.• Realizar levantamento e detalhamento de requisitos junto aos usuários-chave, traduzindo necessidades operacionais em especificações funcionais claras e estruturadas.• Elaborar especificações funcionais e acompanhar desenvolvimentos realizados por consultorias e fornecedores.• Executar e validar parametrizações do sistema, garantindo aderência aos requisitos aprovados e aos processos corporativos.• Planejar, executar e apoiar testes funcionais, integrados e de homologação, garantindo a qualidade das entregas antes da entrada em produção.• Atuar na investigação e resolução de incidentes, identificando causas-raiz e implementando ações corretivas e preventivas.Nosso time de SAP é mais estratégico e menos técnico. Não existe a necessidade de ser especialista SAP, mas de conhecer o produto e suas características assim como qual a finalidade de cada módulo e como as áreas de negócio poderiam utilizá-lo da melhor forma.Esse analista vai atuar como ponte entre todas as áreas de negócio e a TI, para todos os módulos do SAP ECC 6.0. Vai entender como o SAP está sendo utilizado nas áreas e mapear todas as oportunidades de otimização dos processos das áreas, articulando com os fornecedores SAP a implementação das correções de bugs, melhorias em formato de demandas e projetos.
