Job Description

Production Planner II ¿Te apasiona la planeación de la producción y la gestión eficiente de materiales? Buscamos un Production Planner II con experiencia en planificación, compras o cadena de suministro para asegurar el flujo continuo de materiales y el cumplimiento de la demanda de nuestros clientes. En este rol, utilizarás herramientas como SAP y Excel para coordinar programas de producción, gestionar inventarios, colaborar con equipos de compras y almacén, y garantizar entregas a tiempo. Si eres una persona analítica, organizada y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, esta es una excelente oportunidad para generar un impacto directo en la operación y formar parte de un entorno dinámico orientado a la mejora continua.

Responsibilities

  • Programar la producción para satisfacer la demanda diaria de los clientes utilizando el reporte de trabajo en proceso (WIP).
  • Planificar, crear, liberar y gestionar órdenes de trabajo utilizando el sistema SAP para cumplir con las fechas de vencimiento de los clientes internos y externos, garantizando el flujo de trabajo en proceso (WIP).
  • Mantener informes detallados en SAP y Excel para realizar un seguimiento de los cortos de materiales y cumplir con el objetivo de entregas a tiempo (OTTP) para la fabricación y entrega de materiales a las líneas de producción.
  • Gestionar la planificación de materiales utilizando SAP, KANBAN, Min-Max y métodos de revisión periódica.
  • Gestión de confirmaciones de pedidos, recepciones de mercancías MIGO y transacciones CO27 (SAP).
  • Enviar unidades a clientes y preparar listas de envíos utilizando SAP.
  • Coordinar las actividades del almacén, garantizar las entregas oportunas a producción y establecer prioridades.
  • Coordinar, planificar y ejecutar los requerimientos de producción y demanda de manera oportuna para garantizar un flujo continuo de materiales durante todo el proceso.
  • Supervisar la disponibilidad de materiales colaborando con el equipo de Compras para garantizar la entrega oportuna de los mismos y respaldar los programas de producción y las líneas de productos establecidos.
  • Coordinar la compra de insumos de producción con proveedores locales.
  • Planificación y solicitud de materiales peligrosos a proveedores locales y a la planta matriz.
  • Responsable de garantizar la precisión del inventario.
  • Participa en entrenamientos de Seguridad, Higiene y Ambiental y activamente cumplir con las Políticas y Prácticas de la empresa en esta materia, así como mantener su área de trabajo limpia y segura.
  • Contribuir con la identificación y mitigación de riesgos operacionales relacionados con la provisión de productos y servicios a nuestros clientes internos y externos.

Qualifications

EDUCACION: Título Profesional (Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o similar).

CONOCIMIENTO COMPUTACIONAL: Avanzado (Manejo de Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Etc.) y/o Programas de Aplicación.

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL: 2+ Años en Planeación y/o Compras.

NIVEL DE INGLÉS: Avanzado (Lectura y Escritura con nivel conversacional fluido).

COMENTARIOS ADICIONALES: Se requieren habilidades blandas para facilitar la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo.
