Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

• · A dynamic and positive team player who has a passion for people and is excited about growth opportunities.

· A team player who can support the Manager HR in all end-to-end HR business processes arising from shared services functions which include routine processes/business operations like work permits applications, contracts preparation, data management, employee benefits and payroll related matters.

· A self-driven individual to collaborate, driveand implement digitalisation initiatives to reducemanual processes.

· Ensure organisation wide compliance to prevailing regulatory requirements stipulated by government and authorities.

· Active collaboration with Business units and other parts of the organization to understand the challenges and review the processes to achieve optimised outcomes.

· A meticulous individual who has experience in end-to-end HR operations.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• NITEC / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.

Experience in the Security Industry advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Proficient with Unit4 Prosoft ideal and SAP HR preferred.

Meticulous with the ability to multitask.

Highly adaptable to change with a positive mindset.

A team player with excellent communication skills.

· Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers.
