Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

·Manage and coordinate the full recruitment cycle for full-time, part-time, internship, corporate and uniformed positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

·Plan and support recruitment operations, including interview scheduling, recruitment events, and onboarding activities.

·Ensure all recruitment and talent acquisition processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

·Maintain and update recruitment databases, contributing to workflow improvements and process efficiency.

·Identify new sourcing channels and participate in job fairs, career events, and social media outreach to strengthen talent pipelines.

·Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on recruitment-related matters.

·Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

·Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

·1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

·CEI Basic certification is preferred.

·Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

·Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and recruitment best practices.

·Proven capability to manage multiple recruitment portfolios while maintaining high attention to detail.
