  • Identify opportunities to improve Change and Service Request Management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support training, knowledge sharing, and process adoption across relevant teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working within IT Service Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, or a similar operational role.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices and ITSM processes.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

  • Fluent both in Danish and English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance processes.

About You

You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams. You have a strong sense of ownership, can manage competing priorities, and are focused on delivering efficient and well-governed processes that support business needs and operational stability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
