Har du mod på et selvstændigt og teknisk udfordrende job, hvor du installerer og servicerer IT hos en af vores kunder i København.

I Field and Office Service DK installerer, servicerer og supporterer vi IT på vores kunders lokationer i hele Danmark.

Opgaverne omfatter bl.a.:

  • Generel IT-support og fejlsøgning
  • Assistance til brugere ved onboarding/offboarding
  • Håndtering af incidents & service requests
  • Hardware og software installation
  • IT-assistance i mødelokaler
  • Dokumentation i ITSM-system
  • Dokumentation og vedligeholdelse af vidensartikler

Din primære opgave bliver at supportere brugere og i samarbejde med dine dygtige kollegaer yde professionel onsite support. Du har et stort servicegen og sikrer at kunden får den bedste service. Du bliver en fast del af et stærkt team og får arbejdsplads i kundens kontormiljø i København. Teamet har et tæt samarbejde med kundens IT-organisation og du bliver en vigtig brik i dette samarbejde. Det er et selvstændigt og afvekslende job, hvor du får brug for dit overblik og dine analytiske evner. Hovedparten af din tid går med installation, service og support af IT-hardware.

Kvalifikationer

Vi forestiller os at du har en baggrund som fx IT supporter, eller datatekniker med speciale i infrastruktur. Vi forventer uanset din baggrund, at du har en stærk interesse for IT og at du har et veludviklet servicegen. Du har kvalifikationer og praktiske færdigheder indenfor bl.a. Windows 10 og 11, Office 365 og Microsoft Azure services (Entra og Intune) samt opsætning af og fejlfinding på hardware og software

Det er vigtigt, at du følger processer, dokumenterer dit arbejde samt overholder deadlines.

Du behersker dansk og engelsk både i tale og i skrift.
