The posting

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Specialist to strengthen our Endpoint Management team and support some of the largest and most complex IT environments in the Nordics.

In this role, you will be a key technical contributor responsible for ensuring stable operations, resolving complex incidents, driving automation, and supporting strategic customer initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues across Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines, helping deliver secure, modern, and high-performing endpoint services.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as a senior technical specialist within Endpoint Management.
  • Lead the resolution of complex incidents, problems, and escalations.
  • Ensure operational excellence across customer environments.
  • Drive automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in customer projects, platform transformations, and technology implementations.
  • Contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives such as Windows lifecycle management, endpoint security, workplace modernization, and service enhancements.
  • Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the global team.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, service managers, and customer stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management or Enterprise Workplace Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Intune MECM / SCCM Windows 10/11 Active Directory and Group Policies PowerShell automation
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale operational environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
