Deine Aufgaben * Du führst unser dreiköpfiges HR Services Team, setzt seine Stärken gezielt ein und sorgst für eine gute Zusammenarbeit. * Bei dir laufen Personaladministration, Payroll und Sozialversicherungen zusammen. Du behältst den Überblick und packst bei anspruchsvollen Fragen selbst mit an. * Du verantwortest Lohnläufe und Abschlussarbeiten, koordinierst die Lohn- und Bonusrunde und vertrittst unsere Payroll-Spezialistin. * Du machst Abläufe einfacher und nutzt die Möglichkeiten von SAP SuccessFactors, um unsere HR Services digital weiterzubringen. * Du leitest Projekte im Bereich HR Services und setzt diese gemeinsam mit IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern um. * Gemeinsam mit der HR-Beratung sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe und einen starken HR-Service für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte. * Du verantwortest HR-Reporting und interne Kontrollen. * Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung der Leiterin Personal in vereinbarten Themen.

Dein Profil * Erfahrung in HR Services und Schweizer Payroll sowie fundiertes Wissen zu Sozialversicherungen und Arbeitsrecht. * Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit, gibst Orientierung und verstehst es, dein Team für gemeinsame Aufgaben und Veränderungen zu gewinnen. * Eine höhere Berufsbildung oder ein Studium mit passender Vertiefung in HR, Payroll oder Sozialversicherungen. * Erfahrung darin, HR-Prozesse und Systeme weiterzuentwickeln und Projekte umzusetzen. * Einen sicheren Umgang mit HR-Applikationen und Excel, SAP SuccessFactors kennst du idealerweise bereits gut. * Du gehst Themen aus eigenem Antrieb an, denkst Zusammenhänge mit und findest praktikable Lösungen. Dabei kommunizierst du klar und hast ein Gespür für dein Gegenüber.
