Werden Sie Teil unseres großartigen Teams und verstärken uns an unserem Standort in Ettlingen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines unternehmensweiten AI-Hubs als sichere, steuerbare Plattform mit klaren Rollen, Standards und Datenanbindungen.
  • Einführung von KI in den Fachbereichen durch strukturiertes Onboarding, Priorisierung relevanter Use Cases und Aufbau von Multiplikatoren.
  • Etablierung zentraler KI-Disziplinen, insbesondere Governance, Security, Operations, Development und Transformation.
  • Steuerung der Umsetzung mit internen Teams und externen Partnern inklusive Dokumentation, Betriebsfähigkeit und Übergabe.
  • Definition von KPIs, Reporting an die IT-Leitung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Lösungen.
  • Entwicklung praktikabler Leitlinien für Auswahl, Bewertung und Einführung neuer KI-Werkzeuge in Abstimmung mit Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Aufbau von Formaten für Wissensvermittlung, Erfahrungsaustausch und Befähigung, damit Teams KI-Lösungen eigenständig, wirksam und verantwortungsvoll nutzen können.
  • Länderübergreifende Koordination von KI-Initiativen im Unternehmensverbund.
  • Befähigung von Führungskräften und Teams, KI-Lösungen sicher, wirtschaftlich und inklusiv nutzbar einzusetzen.
  • Sicherstellung, dass KI-Anwendungen Mitarbeitende entlasten, Teilhabe fördert und Arbeitsprozesse zugänglicher macht.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Wirtschaft, IT, Data Science oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einführung digitaler Technologien mit Verständnis für Prozesse, Automatisierung und Change Management.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit der Einführung von digitalen Technologien, KI-, Daten- oder Automatisierungslösungen.
  • Gutes Verständnis von KI-Anwendungen, Datenflüssen, Schnittstellen, Plattformen und Betriebsmodellen.
  • Erfahrung mit Governance, Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit, Risiko- oder Compliance-Anforderungen.
  • Praxis in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Projekte mit Fachbereichen, IT, Management und externen Partnern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Roadmaps, KPIs, Business Cases und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
