Ihre Aufgaben

Prozesse weiterentwickeln:

  • Sie entwickeln bestehende Produktions- und Refurbishment-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter und identifizieren Potenziale für mehr Qualität, Effizienz und Wertschöpfung.
  • Sie entwickeln neue Arbeitsabläufe und Verfahren und etablieren diese nachhaltig in der Produktion.
  • Sie standardisieren erfolgreiche Lösungen und sorgen für deren Übertragung und Skalierung auf weitere Produktionsbereiche.

Technologien & Reparatur voranbringen:

  • Sie identifizieren neue Technologien, Verfahren und Werkzeuge zur Optimierung der Aufbereitung von Reparatur von IT-Hardware.
  • Sie entwicklen Möglichkeiten zur Erhöhung des Reparaturgrades und erschließen zusätzliche wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Reparaturoptionen.
  • Sie beobachten technologische Entwicklungen in den Bereichen IT-Hardware, Elektronik, Reparatur, Automatisierung und Refurbishment und bewerten deren Potenzial für unser Unternehmen.

Innovationen in die Praxis bringen:

  • Sie bewerten neue Technologien und Verfahren hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Skalierbarkeit.
  • Sie entwicklen und begleiten Pilotprojekte und überführen erfolgreiche Lösungen in den Regelbetrieb.
  • Sie arbeiten an der kontinuierlichen Erschließung neuer Wertschöpfungs- und Geschäftspotenziale entlang der IT-Hardware-Wertschöpfungskette.

Wirtschaftlichkeit messbar machen:

  • Sie entwickeln Kennzahlen und Waritschaftlichkeitsmodelle, um den Erfolg neuer Technologien, Prozesse und Wertschöpfungsstufen messbar zu machen.
  • Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse hinsichtlich Wertschöpfung, Qualität, Durchlaufzeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Sie entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Ausschuss und Downcycling und zur Steigerung der wirtschaftlichen Ausbeute je Gerät.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben bereits ein abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Industrial Engineering oder Automatisierungstechnik erfolgreich absolviert oder bringen alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung und entsprechenden Kenntnissen mit.
  • Erfahrung in Prozessentwicklung, Produktion, Fertigung, Reparatur, Refurbishment oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie haben ein technisches Verständnis für IT-Hardware, Elektronik und Produktionsprozesse.
  • Sie haben eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Sie haben Freude daran, neue Technologien und Lösungen zu identifizieren, zu testen und in die Praxis umzusetzen.
  • Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung voranzutreiben bringen Sie mit.
