Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen das Anfrage- und Workflow-Management und koordinieren die Annahme, Strukturierung, Kategorisierung und Weiterleitung eingehender Anfragen inklusive erster Vorprüfung.
  • Sie pflegen und entwickeln unser Vertrags- und Wissensmanagement weiter, insbesondere Vertragsmuster, Klauselbibliotheken und relevante Dokumentationen und verantworten das Dokumentenmanagement sowie die strukturierte Vertragsablage.
  • Sie übernehmen die Koordination und Organisation von Schnittstellen zwischen Legal und den verschiedenen Fachbereichen, koordinieren regelmäßige Abstimmungen und stellen einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
  • Sie organisieren JourFix-Termine, Schulungen und interne Informationsformate, beispielsweise zu Vertragsprozessen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei den administrativen Legal Operations und sorgen für effiziente und strukturierte Abläufe innerhalb der Abteilung.
  • Sie überwachen Fristen und Termine und stellen deren zuverlässige Einhaltung sicher.
  • Sie erstellen Reportings und Auswertungen, beispielsweise zum Anfragevolumen und bereiten relevante Kennzahlen für die Abteilung auf.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d), Rechtsfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen bereits Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei, Rechtsabteilung oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit.
  • Eine strukturierte, organisierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit und sind aufgeschlossen gegenüber Legal Tech und KI-Lösungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position erforderlich, gute Englischkenntnis wären von Vorteil.
