Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie prüfen, erfassen und verbuchen Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Zahlungseingänge.
  • Die Überwachung offener Forderungen sowie die Durchführung des Mahnwesens, gehören zu ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie stimmen Debitorenkonten ab und klären Differenzen mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen.
  • Sie bearbeiten Gutschriften, Reklamationen und Forderungsausfälle.
  • Sie prüfen, kontieren und verbuchen Reisekostenabrechnungen unter Beachtung interner Richtlinien sowie steuerlicher Vorgaben und kontrollieren kreditkartenbezogene Reisekosten.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
  • Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung und idealerweise im Bereich Reisekostenabrechnung mit.
  • Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und haben Erfahrung mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. Addison, DATEV oder vergleichbar).
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit gehören zu Ihren Stärken.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position erforderlich.
