Bist du ein Entwickler, der mit KI-Agenten schneller und autonomer liefert als ganze Teams – und andere dazu befähigen kann, dasselbe zu tun? Bei AFC suchen wir einen Agentic Tech Lead (m/w/d), der den Übergang in eine neue Art von Softwareentwicklung nicht nur versteht, sondern aktiv vorantreibt. Du bist derjenige im Team, der mit Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor oder GitHub Copilot in einer Woche Features liefert, für die traditionelle Prozesse Monate brauchen würden – und der dieses Tempo als neuen Standard etabliert. Du trägst Architekturverantwortung, aber Deine stärkste Währung ist nicht das Whiteboard-Diagramm: Es ist der laufende Code.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Agentic Development als Kern: Du nutzt KI-Agenten nicht als Ergänzung, sondern als primäres Entwicklungsinstrument. Du weißt, wie man Agenten sinnvoll promptet, steuert und in komplexe Codebases integriert.
  • Technische Führung: Du setzt Architekturstandards, führst Code Reviews und entwickelst das Team in Richtung Agentic-Coding-Kompetenz – durch Vorbildfunktion, nicht durch Anweisung.
  • Volle Stack-Breite: Du bewegst Dich sicher zwischen Frontend (TypeScript, React) und Backend (Java, Spring Boot) – und nutzt KI-Tools, um auf beiden Ebenen schnell zu liefern.
  • Systemdenken: Du verstehst unsere DDD-Architektur, Event-Driven-Muster und Cloud-Infrastruktur (AWS) gut genug, um Agenten-Output sauber in das Gesamtsystem zu integrieren.
  • Enablement: Du machst andere schneller. Durch Tooling, Patterns, Prompts und die richtigen Guardrails schaffst Du ein Umfeld, in dem das gesamte Team von Agentic Coding profitiert.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung mit Agentic-Coding-Tools in produktiven Projekten – Du hast damit echte Systeme gebaut, keine Spielzeug-Demos.
  • Solides Fundament in Java/Spring Boot und TypeScript/React – Du kannst den Output von Agenten beurteilen und korrigieren.
  • Führungserfahrung oder ein klarer Wille, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen.
  • Architekturverständnis: DDD, Event-Driven Architecture, API-Design, Cloud (AWS bevorzugt).
  • Die Fähigkeit, ab wann Aufgaben KI-gestützt übernommen werden können und ab wann menschliches Urteilsvermögen erforderlich ist.
  • Fließendes Deutsch, gutes Englisch.
