In deiner Rolle als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) treibst du den Ausbau strategischer B2B-Kunden im Mobility- und Insurance-Umfeld aktiv voran. Von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss steuerst du den gesamten Sales Cycle – analytisch, lösungsorientiert und mit klarem Fokus auf Performance, Effizienz und nachhaltige Partnerschaften.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Du entwickelst und skalierst strategische Key Accounts im Bereich Flottenversicherung, KFZ-Versicherung und Schadenmanagement
  • Du identifizierst neue Marktpotenziale und gewinnst aktiv B2B-Kunden im Mobility- und Insurance-Umfeld
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss auf Entscheiderebene
  • Du analysierst Schadenquoten, Vertragsstrukturen und KPIs und leitest daraus konkrete Wachstumsstrategien ab
  • Du konzipierst individuelle Versicherungslösungen mit klarem Fokus auf Effizienz, Risikooptimierung und Performance
  • Du bist präsent – bei Kunden vor Ort, auf Branchenveranstaltungen und in relevanten Netzwerken deutschlandweit

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder im anspruchsvollen B2B-Vertrieb
  • Fundiertes, praxisnahes Know-how im Versicherungsgeschäft – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt KFZ, Flotte oder Schadenmanagement
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit komplexen Policenstrukturen, Prämienmodellen und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marktchancen, Netzwerke und nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen
  • Analytisches Denken, unternehmerischer Drive und klare Abschlussorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft, Eigenverantwortung und Lust, Dinge aktiv zu gestalten

Dein Plus: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Versicherungsbranche oder im Kfz-Schadenmanagement sind ein großer Vorteil und helfen dir, in dieser Rolle wirklich etwas zu bewegen!
