Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analysierst gerne Daten und möchtest mit deiner Expertise die Risiken in großen Fahrzeugflotten aktiv steuern? Du arbeitest strukturiert, kommunizierst souverän und möchtest Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Umfeld übernehmen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Analyse und Bewertung von Risiken im KFZ-Flottenbereich auf Basis von Schadendaten, Auswertungen und Reportings.
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Risikomanagementprozessen speziell für Fuhrparks.
  • Identifikation von Schadenursachen und Ableitung gezielter Maßnahmen zur Schadenprävention, z. B. durch Fahrertrainings, Sensibilisierung und Optimierung von Abläufen.
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Risikoanalysen, Berichte und Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fuhrparkleitung, Underwriting und Versicherern zur Weiterentwicklung von Versicherungslösungen und Präventionsstrategien.
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Fahrersicherheit und Senkung der Schadenhäufigkeit.
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Anpassung der Risikostrategien bei Veränderungen im Fuhrpark (z. B. neue Fahrzeuge, Technologien oder Vorschriften).

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Versicherungswesen, Statistik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Risikomanagement, idealerweise im Bereich KFZ-Versicherung, Flotten oder Fuhrparkmanagement.
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Analyse und Auswertung großer Datenmengen.
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einschlägigen Analysetools und Reporting-Systemen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit gesetzlichen und versicherungstechnischen Anforderungen im Fuhrparkbereich.
