Zur Verstärkung unserer Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir einen engagierten Sachbearbeiter Debitorenbuchhaltung & Mahnwesen (m/w/d), der mit schneller Auffassungsgabe unser Tagesgeschäft im Griff hat und sich in unserem dynamischen Team wohlfühlt.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Aufgaben in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team steuerst du das strukturierte Mahnwesen und arbeitest Fristen und Wiedervorlagen für unsere Tochter nobleglass zügig ab
  • Offene Posten und Kundenanliegen klärst du direkt und verbindlich
  • Du entwickelst digitale Prozesse mit und übernimmst neue Aufgaben
  • Optional unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein passendes Studium oder eine entsprechende Weiterbildung bildet dein Fundament
  • Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, denkst logisch mit und arbeitest dich zügig in neue Themen ein
  • Ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, auf den sich die Kollegen jederzeit vollkommen verlassen können
  • Am Telefon kommunizierst du aufgeweckt, triffst den richtigen Ton und agierst stets serviceorientiert
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Excel und modernen, digitalen Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich
